We wanted to buy a snowblower last year. We waited probably 30 minutes to get someone to help us. And this was after we had asked for help. On the flip side when our snowblower broke down on the snowiest day of the year, they fit it in to fix within an hour. I was amazed. They even fabricated a part they needed but didn't have so we could finish using it that day.
