Every time I have been here I have had to wait. The other thing they do I find annoying is call you at the last minute and ask if you can come in earlier. No. I made my appt for the time I wanted. But one time I agreed, and even though it was a hassle, I came in early. Then they made me sit in the lobby until well past the time for my initial appointment. I was ticked.
