I had hired these people to do snow removal for me while I was overseas. Once I got back and moved back in, they evidently did not know, because I then observed the fact they did not do the snow removal, but still billed me for it every month. Who knows how long this had gone on for? Not cheap either, approximately a dollar a minute.
