It's hard to find good thin-crust pizza. Sometimes they can be soggy, sometimes the dough is too sweet. Amici's has perfect thin-crust pizza--cooked in a wood-burning pizza oven, so the crust gets crisp and black in places. They use top-quality cheeses (not the rubbery, tasteless mozzarella typical in your average pizza joint) and I swear they put crack in their pepperoni, it's so addictive. When I was pregnant, I could eat an entire medium by myself in about 5 minutes flat. If you feel guilty about chowing down so much pizza, get a side of their chilled lemon broccoli. It's cooked perfectly and is so delicious, it'll make anyone happy to eat their vegetables!
