I was devastated when I saw the ankle deep water in my finished basement after a big storm. I knew there were a lot of other people in the same situation that I was so I was panicked that I wouldn’t be able to get anyone here to help me. Not only did Fire Damage Charlotte get here quickly, they made me feel like I was their top priority, even though I knew they were also helping several other people at the same time. Some of the best service I have ever received. Outstanding!
