Jalapeno's is my favorite restaurant in Peru. The food is absolutely excellent, and is preceded by free chips & fresh salsa. You are always seated immediately, and the service is top notch. I challenge your drink to get empty before they can refill it for you without being asked! Food is very reasonable in price, $6-10 per entrée and I have had many, many different entrées - all excellent.
