The Allison House Inn in Quincy is a delightful place to stay. Stewart and Eileen, the owners and innkeepers, make guests feel like they are at home. The rooms are spacious and full of antiques, yet are updated with modern conveniences. Each guest room has its own full bathroom. There is also an accessible room for disabled guests.
The "breakfast" part of this bed and breakfast inn is spectacular. Stewart is a fantastic chef, and the resulting food is divine. His baklava is a special treat, and don't miss his muffins.
Service is what you would expect from a very nice B&B. Everything is constantly kept clean and neat. Guests feel welcome from the start. For those who are very allergic to animals, note that the owners have a dog and a cat in their apartment, but the dog is a non-shedding and non-odorous breed, and she is very friendly and clean.
The Allison House Inn is a great part of this unique Southern town.
