1) Suppose to be a 2.5 hour massage, it was only an hour and 50 minutes
2) Not greeted by anyone as I walked in
3) DID NOT wash the oil with a hot warm towel after being massaged and was told QUOTE "Youre done, dress and go." They didnt even offer a shower. I was shocked and had to go home and scrub the oil out ofr 30 minutes and still felt horrible.
4) Paid 215$ for a the Ridgewood Spa Retreat Packange which entails 3 items. A massage, a facial, and a hand parafin. They did not even do the hand paraffin and the massage/masouse was horrible and rude.
5) I went to go back and complain they just fed back excuses but there are no excuses.
6) I was treated less and unprofessionally for some reason
7) Absolute no professionalism and they don't treat their customers equally. If you dont come in looking like a typical ridgewood mom they treat you like crap, and I mean literally.
Overall it was just a horrible experience and I mean this truthfully
