Heartland Human Services has been doing business in Effingham for 30+ years. They provide counseling and psychiatric services for individuals and families and will also send someone for crisis service 24 hours a day. I know the director, and she is a very calm, kind woman who would make anyone feel comfortable. Her staff is the same.
