The Fort Wayne Children's Zoo is pretty extensive, which is somewhat surprising for a smaller city. The exhibits are very diverse, and they have a lot of animals. There are a few rides that are fun for smaller children, like the Safari Cars and the Australian log ride. There's also a place where kids can pet and feed goats, and pet baby chicks. The Zoo is also adjacent to Franke Park, making it easy to have a picnic lunch.
