Mick O'Shea's is an Irish pub in the Mount Vernon area. They have outstanding happy hour specials (half price appetizers and reduced beer and rail drink prices). Plus, if you are interested in staying for dinner, they have great food, a lot of it Irish (fish and chips, which are fantastic, and bangers and mash). They have live music pretty often, too. The atmosphere is laid back. The only problem is that sometimes the waitstaff isn't particularly attentive.
