Dr. Karol Dangarin D MD is a dermatologist who knows her stuff. She has personally taken care of my husbands psoriasis for 3 years now and his improvement has been remarkable. She is always up to date on the latest treatments out there and if you have a question about new treatments and she does not know she will go out of her way to research it and become well knowledged about it before she can recommend it, let alone proceed with it.
