Tin Angel is a restaurant with a nice atmoshpere- exposed brick, tasteful lighting. The location on West End av. is great, allthough parking is sometimes scarce. However, a valet service makes it easier. The food is consistently good, though the menu is small, it is quite strong. The fish specials are definately worth looking into as well. Good pastas, healthy food. Also, a nice bar.
