If I were to just comment on the quality of their product I would say that I'm VERY happy with my central vacuum system. They sell Beam Central Vacuums systems and we love it so much we use it everyday. However, the service we got from West Coast Enterprises is just ok. The people were rude and very short on the phone. Considering I spent over $1400 dollars with them I'd hope to get service that was a little more polite! Calls to their business were not returned the same day and when they did it seemed like I was bothering them with my questions.
