This restaurant has a lot of (around 100) small dish specialties (appetizers). Kinda like tapas, or dim-sum (chinese) in size. The presentation is gorgeous and the quality is great. Specialties may change seasonally.
The chef is very creative and has good attention to details.
The lunch special is also good.
If you have 4 or more people in your party, you can call ahead for an omakase dinner. You name the price and the chef creates a meal for you.
