Koho features a rotating menu. The menu seems to take a slice out of the northwest with an emphasis on fish. It is evident that lots of care and time has beens spent on each dish (which is reflected in price). Very small, but quaint and homey. My favorite is a squash with carrot puree (that's why I said "perfect").
