I fell victim to the "hype"...picking through all those letters from lawyers following the incident, I chose JSF based on it's reputation, the name--but apparently this firm was not the best choice to handle my auto injury claim. I should have followed my instinct after the first time calling the office--felt like a "number" immediately. Why would I feel like an individual when the operator answers, "...can you hold please?," and doesn't even wait for a response?? A case as simple as the other driver being 100% at fault & no doubt about that; and JSF being unable to even get his insurance company to cover even the basic costs of the emergency room check-up immediately following the incident (nevermind the chiropractic visits, pain/suffering, etc.)! If I was injured on the job, perhaps JSF would have been the best choice--but not for this *simple* auto injury incident. Now, after 6+ months of working with this firm, I have to start all over with another firm or handle it all myself....I should have known better when I learned that they couldn't even fax my medical bills to my insurance company--I have to handle that part myself? --so why would I have been paying them? The ONLY good thing out of this situation is that I do NOT owe JSF any payment....
