Good: Friendly Customer Service, fast responses. Bad: nothing.. Improvements: maybe an easier to understand shopping cart on the site, but after I figured it out, it was smooth and effective.. Other: The company answered all of my questions, and they say it takes two to four weeks to receive your drum coverings, but I got them in less than a week! Great pricing, great service, and great results!
Whoever the idiot who left the other review is, they obviously were not very understanding, from reading the eMail responses, the guy did everything he could to make them happy... too bad..
