From the moment you walk in to Paper Moon, you can tell you're not in for the normal diner experience. They take the standard model of restaurant wall decorations up a notch from the eccentric to the bizarre, featuring such novelties as department-store mannequins and mutilated children's toys. Decor aside, the food is excellent, with reasonable prices and breakfast served all day, not to mention being one of the few restaurants in the area open 24 hours. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and there is ample seating.
