It is out of the way, but if you are ever on your way to Mount Baker for a hike or skiing, it is officially a sin not to stop for the Phish Tacos at Graham's Restaurant. Graham's is kind of a hole in the wall, but they have a beautiful wooden carved bar, and good beer on tap. Stop in for lunch and take a hike on one of Baker's wonderful trails, ar finish up a day with a large cup of ale.
