If you just want a basic gym that have some cardio machines and a nice weight room, Palm Beach Gym might be a good choice for you. I joined the gym because my company paid for it. And it did serve my basic workout needs. They gym is relatively small. It has maybe a dozen cardio machines and a pretty decent size weight room. There is a relatively small group exercise room as well. Because its size, you might have a tough time finding a machine is you come right after work. (a popular time)
