Hot Topic: is located in the Owings Mills Mall. This store has some funky clothes and accessories. It has a punkish feel to it. I especially like the retro shirts that have Care Bears and Strawberry Shortcake. You can also get some cool pants and shirts for your teenage son or daughter. The prices are average, but you can find a bargain in the sales rack in the back.
