While waiting for my friend to receive treatment, I saw an older woman come in for her appointment accompanied by (apparently) her son. She was severely frightened of the ordeal before her, but her son was soon able to leave the treatment area as she became reassured. Within a short time she returned to the waiting room, smiling and confident. Ser son then booked a return visit for her with her permission.
