I first went to Swan House as a special outing with my mom and two of her best friends. I really didn't know what to expect so I can't say I was disappointed. What I can say is that if I never go back I'll be just fine. For around $15 you get to select a tea to drink and get a small selection of tea sandwiches and pastries. I know that Swan House exists as an experience, but IMHO I think it's highly overrated.
