My house (less than 1200 sq ft) was a small job. Roof was replaced in early November 2011. The crew came a few weeks after contract signed. There were some issues with some bad shingles (bent corners, not flat), but John Michael Roofing and Skylights looked after it personally. I would have given a 5 if they didn’t have to come back to replace the defective materials.
