I like the way these gu ys respond to inquiries. I was planning to hire a locksmith because I’ve been having problems with my basement door locks. I didn’t have the financial capability though, but I want to inquire to know the range of the price that I should prepare for this project. I called like 9 other locksmiths and I ended up annoyed by all of them because they kept on pushing their service and products when I was telling them that I was just planning for the mean while. This company was different. I called them up and asked them for a quote. I specified what the problem was and gave the details of my current lock. They quickly replied with a detailed quotation. Every charge was explained and each possible charge is also noted. I called back and asked some questions about it and the lady on the phone politely answered all my questions. She did not push any service or product and she was very accommodating and informative too. She even gave me some tips to avoid this from happening to the doors. I appreciate the help. As soon as I have the budget I’ll hire you guys for sure.
