Ladies Choice is a great gym for women of all ages. You don't have to worry about how you look, how much you sweat, or how much weight you need to lose. They have treadmills, weight machines, aerobic machines, free weights and tons of classes. They also offer tanning packages. They have a dressing area with private rooms to change in as well as lockers for your clothes. They have free daycare available for your children so you have no excuse not to come. The only con is that they close at 9pm while most other gyms in the area are open 24 hours a day.
