Casa Pena is a great little latin grocery store on 17th Street near Q Street in Dupont Circle. They've got a great selection of latin america products, from regional salsas to cactus (nopales). They also have a great selection of beer and a decent selection of wine. There's a butcher counter, but I've never been there when it's open so I've never tried it out. Service is friendly as well.
