The Manor Inn seems to be popular with the "older crowd". Their low prices and bland food really seem to draw in people on fixed budgets. If you are under the age of 60 and like any flavor to your food, my recommendation is to look elsewhere.
Unfortunately, cleanliness is an issue too. The menus had dried food particles, the table had not been washed and there were chunks of food under our table. Yuck!
