New No Da Ji is close to the Hopkins Campus so you can walk there pretty easily. The food is buffet style, but pretty inexpensive. What you get is Korean, Japanese, and Chinese buffet. Dinner buffet is a little more expensive but the quality is better than the lunch buffet.
