The yarns aren’t cheap, but they don’t squeek (see Michael’s for that). The owner is friendly and helpful. The staff has a range of abilities, but I’ve always been able to find someone there with sufficient experience. Plus, many have tattoos, so this is not your grandma’s knitting store. The layout of the store is aesthetically pleasing and organized. Thumbs up.
