I gave the stylist a picture of the hair cut I wanted. It was not anything complicated, just long layers. The stylist was very polite and friendly. We chatted about a few things as she proceeded to wash and cut my hair. She ended up taking off waaaaaaaaay too much of my hair. They style looked nothing like the picture. When she was done I was very disappointed. I know it is only hair, and it will grow back, but this was not what I wanted. If she could not cut my hair the way the picture showed she should have just told me otherwise. I guess you get what you pay for.
