This is an painful place to do business with. I was floored when I found out they had lied to me about the source of their in house or exclusive workers. Not only were they not in house or exclusive they were a completely different company!! I HATE BEING LIED TOO! I could've gone to the granite company directly and paid much less; but how would a person know they are being lied too. Until after the fact anyway. I have the name of the granite company now and will save a buck next time! Lord knows every time I had an issue it was a painful experience chasing the various salesmen, and appropriate company down!
