I tried buying a few things here, but there have always been problems. First, I tried buying a computer that they had advertized in the newspaper. I bought it online using coupon codes that are widely found on the internet. When I went to pick it up instore, they said "Sorry, but we're out of stock." However, they had already managed to charge my credit card! They ended up going "in the back" and getting a box with tons of dust on it. Luckily, it works, so I cant complain. Second experience was regarding a CD pack. I bought that online too, but instore, they had changed the packaging so it looked like something else. The SKU numbers were the same, so they gave me the CDs - however, the person in customer service was acting as though I was trying to steal something. Just rude.
