My husband and I visited Barista's on March 22 while in Hurricane, Utah visiting a friend. The first thing that caught our eye was the intricate metal work that surrounded the outside and inside of the restaurant. The atmosphere was fun and different, it was nice to be able to read the reviews written by customers on the walls while we waited for our food. The prices were a little high but definitely worth the quality of the food recievced. If you take a trip to Vegas the prices were comparable to food too mediocre to hold a candle to Barista's. The service was fabulous and Beau (our server) was amazing! The owner was not like any of the reviews, he was very passionate about his restaurant and he managed to entertain us throughout our dinner. He was very funny and the staff was very attentive. Honestly, if you want a great dining experience and food that is out of this world, go to Barista's. It was a one in a million experience that was definitely worh the price. I will dine at Barista's again and I recommend you do the same.
