This is the place where my mom goes to get her hair cut. It helps to make an appointment, but it isn't necessary. They do perms, coloring and highlighting, manicures, and plain haircuts. The haircuts are $18, male or female. I've gotten my hair cut by them a few times and I've been happy with the results. The staff is friendly. Take note that it is closed on Sunday.
