The best Indian brunch near DC is at Udupi Palace. All vegetarian, excellent, surprising combinations, fresh ingredients and preparation, wonderful rice, great dosas, great dessert counter, etc. Just do it. Indique is more upscale and fancy, but this food is just as good, though perhaps not as varied. Father’s and Mother’s Days, as well as other holidays, bring extra selections.
