Movie watching at the Kendall Square movie theater is a great experience. Gourmet food is available in the lobby and the popcorn seems to also strive, and almost succeed!, in reaching the same high standards. Most of the movies that play here are art house movies that are hard to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, movies here are just as expensive as any other first run theater (about ten per person). The other problem is that it is quite a walk from the T if you are using public transportation-much of it in a fairly deserted area of Cambridge. There is a shuttle that
will take you there but its schedule doesn't seem to be followed. Overall, a great place to catch a movie in the Boston area.
