Contrary to many experiences we've heard of Hanlees Toyota, we had the worst time with the company. We were told our car would be in within 2 weeks, 3 weeks tops. Weeks went by....3, 4, 5 weeks. We made calls to see what was going on, and no one even returned our calls. Finally, we got in touch with the manager. We went in to get a loaner car, which was a very nice gesture on their part, but the manager talked to us so condescendingly we almost decided tell them to shove it. But we waited so long already and really wanted this car, so we just dealt with it. Eventually, we received our car during week 8. And then, when we went out to look at the car, it wasn't even what we ordered. We ordered leather instead of cloth interior. So, we've waited 2 1/2 weeks now and they're finally ready to put leather in. Meanwhile, we've been paying interest in the cost of the leather upgrade even though we haven't had it for weeks. Very disappointing and frustrating. They did take some off the final price, but that certainly didn't make things "ok." We'll never do business with them again. Others have had good experiences, but we were treated horribly. Would not recommend. Go to Woodland or Sacramento. more
