An exceptional Family-Owned Business. We just called Paul's Service and spoke with David. Taking his time on the phone, approximately 10 minutes, it was clear that what needed to do was purchase a new machine not pay the fee for repair. We called several companies to no avail in getting a straight answer as to what could be possibly wrong with the machine.
For his time we offered David a gift card to Coffee Bean which he gladly accepted.
It is a pleasure to know that there are good honest conpanies left today, who are more concerned about their customers then their bottom line.
