This is a nice place to go after a long walk around Balboa Island. The views of the harbour are good and plentiful. The giant window goes on and on. I've only been for luch; the food is decent and not too pricy. I would reccomend lunch over dinner. Prices can double in the PM. There is a live band on weekends at lunchtime with newport beach retirees embarrasing themselves with geriatric electric slides, so its fun for them and anyone watching. I don't know that reservations are necessary, but when we were there, the place was full, so better safe than sorry.
