New, more "grown up" version of the popular Asheville Pizza.
It's location that matters here. Coxe Avenue is the old "used car row" of Asheville, created when a mountain was bulldozed at the turn of the century. The former gully is now a wide blvd. in a growing hipster area.
The pizza is nothing to write home about; it's generally dessicated pie from the larger location on Merrimon Road. The beer is pretty good, and should get better when the brewery located on Coxe is up and running.
The old auto body shop makes for a great bar. A huge covered outdoor patio is a great warm weather watering hole. Movies are projected on the wall.
Peanuts are free; the environment is laid back, friendly and will probably be a fixture in the area for years to come.
