Dr Mittelman is a competent dentist. When he started recommending expensive procedures that I felt I did not need I become less enamored with him. The woman who cleaned my teeth was friendly but very forceful with my twice yearly cleaning. Several times I was told I needed to reschedule an appointment within weeks of the scheduled appointment. The next available date was 3 months beyond the original scheduled date. I missed two appointments and received a very nasty note from the office manager. It was so upsetting it brought my wife to tears. Needless to say, I stopped going.
