Sweet Ashley's is an independent ice cream shop in East Norwalk. Very Friendly and neighborhood oriented. The owner is a super nice guy and is often behind the counter. I love their coconut chip and peanut butter chunk ice cream, they also carry a few sugar free and fat free iems daily. If you have a flavor suggestion speak up - -I suggested Pina Colada and poof - a couple of weks later it appeared. Only bummer is that they usually close From December to March. Oh did I mention their ice cream cakes rock?
