If you are looking for a place to eat where you can meet a real crossection of the Union Square neighborhood, this is certainly the place to go! The best time to go is brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Try to get there somewhat early (before 10:00 am should be fine)... be prepared to wait for a table. It is a wonderful place to "people watch". The portion sizes are large and the price is usually very reasonable... the food is great too! We usually can get out for $8 or less per person.
This is really the place that reminds me of a nice summer morning in Union Square... lots of good food and fun memories!
Enjoy!
