I really enjoyed talking with Lisa. I feel it has made a big difference in my life. I am able to say NO! Her professionalism was outstanding and she always made me fell like she listening to every word I had to say. And she was right. If I figure out some of the things that was bothering me, the weight would be easy to lose. I have lost ten pounds since I started at Holten Wellness Center!! Thank You Lisa!! As far as my personal training sessions, I couldn't of ask for a more knowledgable trainer than Jackie. She was a pleasure. I always felt like I received a great workout and even though she was busy with other clients sometimes when I was there I always felt like I had her attention. Thank You Jackie!!
