Abingdon's Citgo gas station is attached to a "beverage barn." While not the a full liquor store, they do offer a selection of beer (pretty good) and wine (not as good) as well as the typical gas station far of some candy and lotto tickets. I believe they also have some Malt liquor?
Their prices are high for wine, though they do run beer specials. It can be slightly dirty/dusty in the store and the workers can't really make suggestions (this isn't only for the wine, they don't really know much about the various beers they have either).
Okay in a pinch (like when you don't any wine to make dinner), but not overall.
