A long time Newark area tradition. It is the originators of the classic Italian sandwiches. Hot dogs or sausage stuffed into half a pita roll with sliced potatoes, onions and peppers. It is located a few feet from Springfield Avenue and several blocks from Irvington Center. Eat in or take out. Plenty of parking.
