New Capital Sea Food Restrauant is located on Baldwin Ave, and serves many asian seafood dishes (and meat and veggie dishes too) cantonese style.
Some great dishes they offer: seafood chow mein ($9), peking duck ($15), and steamed sea bass ($14).
Prices are resonable and affordable, as there are a ton of chinese restrauants in the San Gabriel Valley and competition is fierce. Bad chinese restrauants go under very quickly, and New Capital has been around for several years.
The food here isn't the top best chinese food in the area, but it's good and affordable; that's all you can really ask for.
