Rich and Charlie’s is a good local Italian place for those of us way out in West County. Sure, it’s not the Hill, but it is also a lot less expensive than the Hill, for quite a respectable plate of Italian food. I recommend the stuffed portabella mushrooms, and anything with sausage in it. If you are tired of the Olive Garden, give this place a try.
